Excellence In Careers Programme

On 20th June Hamble Community Sports College were presented with the Investor in Careers (IiC) award by Hampshire County Councillor Peter Edgar. The Investor in Careers award is a quality standard for our management of careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) within Hamble Community Sports College.

On behalf of Hamble Community Sports College some of our Careers Champions Demi Bale, Ella Veal, Liv Clark, Mitch Cameron and Sam Macnaughton received the award.

As a holder of the IiC award Hamble Community Sports College demonstrates a commitment to provide impartial, independent careers education, information, advice and guidance to all young people.

This is one of the highest accolades an organisation can receive for excellence in this area of work and is definitely something we are very proud of. The IiC standard is about improving students’ awareness of opportunities, raising their aspirations and working with them to ensure they achieve their full potential.
